Basic salary £29,000 plus £4,000 car allowance or company car. £50,000 on target earnings.

The role will be ideal for an existing Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager looking to make the next step in their career or someone currently working in a Lettings Manager role already, but within an environment which is failing to recognise their full potential, provide the necessary training and support required or limited opportunity to improve earning potential.

We are seeking a dynamic, driven and hungry Lettings Manager to lead business growth through acquisition of new managed properties. You will be focused on obtaining new lettings and managed properties and reignite relationships with landlords. You will need to be able to work at speed as it is a very fast paced environment. Someone who likes pressure. If you consider yourself to be a team player then we have a refreshing position available for a multi skilled Letting Agent with strong selling and closing skills.

All staff are expected to be all-rounders so basically everyone in the office can do everyone else's job.
