The predicted salary is between 28000 - 30000 £ per year.

Hybrid working options available, subject to individual circumstances. Monday - Friday only, although flexibility to work a pattern to suit clients will be an advantage. Fully office based is possible if preferred.

Our client, a Financial Services brokerage and forward thinking operation, is seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their flourishing and expanding team. My clients pride themselves on sourcing the best mortgage and protection products for any circumstance and require their advisers to provide outstanding customer service at all times. The business is progressing and they are looking to offer the right experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor an excellent opportunity to get into the career they have been looking for.

Qualification:

  • The successful applicant MUST be an accomplished Mortgage Advisor who has achieved Competent Advisor Status (CAS) and therefore will also be fully CeMAP qualified, or possess an equivalent mortgage advice qualification.
  • The successful candidate will display outstanding customer service skills as well as being highly motivated, professional and a real "people person", with the ambition to be the very best they can be.

The Package:

  • Employed Package: £28,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary
  • £42,000 - £50,000+ realistic On Target Earnings can be earned from commission income, as well as from successful referrals made to the wealth side of the business
  • Multiple lead sources stemming from a vibrant and busy operation
  • Full Admin Support
  • 5 days per week and a potentially negotiable working pattern for the right candidate - a Hybrid working pattern is possible and dependent on the successful applicant's individual circumstances.
