Mortgage Advisor- Employed or Self Employed - Overview:
Employed:
- £25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience and evidence of banking performance
- Year 1 OTE: £50,000 - £55,000+ uncapped On Target Earnings
- Year 2+ OTE: £60,000 - £75,000 uncapped On Target Earnings
Self-Employed:
- Year 1 OTE: £60,000 - £70,000+ uncapped On Target Earnings
- Year 2+ OTE: £80,000+ uncapped On Target Earnings
