This role is suitable for a competent Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager looking for the next step up the ladder in their career, or perhaps an existing Lettings Manager who is unhappy where they currently are and are seeking a more robust long term career with a forward thinking company.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Lettings Manager – Duties:- Direct and lead the operations of the Lettings team
- Appraisal and instruction of residential rental properties
- Accountable quality of customer care
- Meet and exceed targets for the Lettings business
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets
- To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception
- Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties
