Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Do you want to work for the clear market leading Estate Agents who are currently listing 30 to 40 properties per month on to the market and selling on average 25 per month with an existing sales pipeline of over £300,000? We are looking for an existing Estate Agent Sales Negotiator ideally with a minimum of 6 months experience however, applications are also now invited from Trainees who are looking to enter the Estate Agency industry and become an Estate Agent however, you will need to have a strong sales background in for example car sales, mobile telephone sales or membership sales and you will need to drive and have your own car You will receive an initial 4 month salary guarantee of £2,300 per month whilst you build your sales pipeline (commission) so during this period you cannot earn less than this! Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of £15,800 (please note working in a sales role where you receive commission it is impossible to ever just earn your basic salary) with realistic on target earnings of £30,000 in year 1.
