You will work in an office that hit target last year and there is a distinct increase in brand visibility. A high flying, talented Estate Agent Sales Negotiator is required for a high volume operation so if you are an existing Estate Agent we would love to hear from you.

They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of his/her applicant base, allowing him/her to not only match buyers with sellers but buyers with 'virtual' sellers such as those who may not necessarily be coming to the market immediately but would consider a proposal if the 'right person came along'. You will need to drive and have your own car.

In other words, they are looking for the consummate deal maker who can see success, be it in front of his/her nose or out in the distance. The telephone is the prime selling tool and their new associate will have a great fondness for this old but essential aid.

Key responsibilities:

  • From day one you will focus wholly on the selling process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income.
  • The rewards structure caters for personal as well as team effort and as such, they are very keen to create the best of both worlds, team spirit alongside personal success.

Basic salary to £23,000 with on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000. Commission of 10% on personal bankings plus 5% extra commission (bonus) on hitting quarterly targets of £50,000 and paid quarterly. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm. Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm (one Saturday off a month). Petrol allowance £100 per month.
