Offered with an impressive basic salary of up to £23,000 depending on experience with a personal commission structure starting at 5% with increasing percentage thresholds rising to 7.5% and then 10% dependent on bankings with realistic on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000.

A high flying, talented Estate Agent Sales Negotiator is required for a high volume operation so if you are an existing Estate Agent we would love to hear from you.

They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of his/her applicant base, allowing him/her to not only match buyers with sellers but buyers with 'virtual' sellers such as those who may not necessarily be coming to the market immediately but would consider a proposal if the 'right person came along'.

You will need to drive and have your own car.

In other words, they are looking for the consummate deal maker who can see success, be it in front of his/her nose or out in the distance. The telephone is the prime selling tool and their new associate will have a great fondness for this old but essential aid.
