An OUTSTANDING personal listing commission structure awaits an experienced Lister with three thresholds dependent on bankings and starting at 10% and increasing to 12.5% and then 15%. You will work in a pure listing role so you will not be expected to sell or sales progress as there are dedicated Sales Negotiators and a Sales Progressor.
The salary package on offer is equally as impressive with a £25,000 basic salary with on target earnings of between £60,000 to £65,000 which is realistic.
As an independent business, all ideas are heard, and talent is nurtured to provide scope for future progression and promotion internally. Typically, with at least 2 years’ experience you will be expected to list, negotiate, and represent the Estate Agency to the highest standard.
They allow an environment where day to day independence is offered with minimal interference, so this role will suit an individual candidate. Day to day you will be working as part of a team to ensure your clients get the results that they have employed you for, whilst working closely with the Directors to achieve the branch target and objectives.
