This well established and forward-thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and to actively grow the business through valuations and subsequent listings and to enhance still further the reputation of the company for quality and performance.
Are you an Estate Agent with a proven track record in sales, valuation and listing of residential property? Are you currently working in Estate Agency and feeling unsettled or undervalued within your current position? If you are a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager looking for your next career move up the property ladder we would like to hear from you.
They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of Estate Agency and have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and Listings. In other words, they are looking for the consummate deal maker who can see success, be it in front of his/her nose or out in the distance.
Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.
