Social Housing Manager You will work for a Property Management company who are a leading provider offering various housing solutions, including HMOs and emergency temporary housing for multiple disadvantaged victims of domestic abuse and some with mental health issues so you will need to be solution focussed.
They actively engage in community service, support disabled living, and facilitate supported living initiatives and aim to tackle homelessness by offering diverse and inclusive housing options working on behalf of Councils and Charities.
You will act in a Head of Operations role reporting directly to the Managing Director.
You will supervise and be responsible for circa. 24 staff members of the property management team plus 4 in Accounts who require very little supervision.
The property portfolio consists of some 1,600 properties with 450 of these which are privately owned.
