This has to be one of the best paid Senior Property Managers positions available in Essex. Basic salary £35,000 to £37,000.

Working from 9.00am (you will be expected to arrive in the office by 8.45am) to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

You would be expected to manage 200 properties efficiently and manage a full-time Property Manager and a part-time Assistant. You should be working within Residential Property Management.

Primarily, the successful individual will be dealing with all maintenance-based issues on a particular portfolio of fully managed properties.

You will work for a supportive company that encourages personal development and looks to support your career in the property industry.

  • Managing maintenance issues reporting back to both the landlord and tenant.
  • Co-ordinating contractor diaries and ensuring reported maintenance issues are attended to and remedied in a timely fashion.
  • Obtain maintenance quotes where necessary.
  • Authorise invoices and utility bills.
  • Deal with all landlord and tenant correspondence.
  • Send out check out reports and negotiate deposit returns.
  • Deal with initial complaints at early stages.
