Estate Agent Property Valuer / Property Lister
Our clients are seeking an experienced Property Valuer who is capable of expanding listing across a geographical area. Someone who is capable of winning instructions from the competition and helping the operation increase overall market share. - £23,000 Basic Salary
- Company Car or Car allowance
- Guaranteed commission
- £40,000+ Uncapped On Target Earnings
- Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday (plus an extra day off for your birthday), Private Healthcare, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Employee Assistance Scheme
Estate Agent Property Valuer / Property Lister - The Role:
- Our customer's experience starts with YOU! You help us make sure our customers get the best price for their properties
- Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our vendors sell their homes for the best price
- Keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market
- Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance
- Work closely with your team, downloading new properties and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers
- General assistance to the Branch Manager in the day to day running of the estate agency business
- Helping motivate and inspire your team, running morning meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager
