The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

£25,000 basic salary plus 1% office commission paid monthly on completions; on target earnings of £39,000 to £40,000.

Deal with running sales for 3 offices with combined bankings of £1.4 to £1.45 million.

Full time 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am‐5:00pm.

Applications only for existing/previous Estate Agents and Sales Progressors or candidates with a Conveyancing background.

Working alongside the Sales Negotiators, sales progressing all agreed sales through to a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent completion.

Role heavily involves telephone liaison and administration; dealing with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Owners.

Chasing the progression from each party, ensuring correct documentation and contracts are in place.

Successful candidates will have experience working within an Estate Agent.
