Job Description:

  • Oversee the smooth running of shifts, including reception duties and customer care.
  • Prepare sports facilities for user groups and ensure equipment is well maintained.
  • Handle bookings, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support and delegate duties to other staff members.
  • Take responsibility for the café area, ensuring cleanliness, stock checks, pricing, and overall presentation are up to standard.
  • Serve in the café and carry out general cleaning across both venues as needed.
  • Attend and contribute to management meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, first aid, fire safety, and building security standards.
