Requirements

  • Experience of supporting pupils as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or very experienced Teaching Assistant within a school setting
  • Passion for teaching and learning and wanting the best outcomes for all children
  • Ability to support and promote an excellent reflective learning ethos
  • Creativity and flexibility in the way you work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and a sense of humour
  • Commitment to your own professional development and participate fully in the life of the school and community
