Higher LevelTeaching Assistant

We're looking for a talented HLTA to take the lead in the classroom and support outstanding learning across our school.

The post requires someone with:

• A HLTA qualification or equivalent experience working within a primary school setting.
• The confidence and ability to lead whole-class teaching across a range of year groups.
• Excellent classroom management skills and high expectations of behaviour and achievement
• A strong understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
• Experience of supporting and accelerating pupil progress.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility, resilience and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and ensuring every child can achieve their full potential.
• A positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
