Actual Annual Salary: £18,010 - £19,631 Based on hours and weeks worked. Full Time Equivalent Salary: £25,941 - £28,275 (CLF Grade B) Based on full time hours, all year round.

Hours: 30 hours per week - Part Time, Term Time Only + Inset days

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Overview: An opportunity to empower students to reach their full potential by delivering tailored support that enhances learning, engagement, and well-being. Support students by implementing appropriate strategies and techniques to enable them to access the curriculum, actively engage in high-quality classroom learning, and achieve their full potential. Take responsibility for delivering planned learning activities and supporting teaching programmes, as agreed with teaching staff, adapting approaches in response to students’ needs. Contribute to measurable improvements in student attainment, as well as their social and emotional development. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and wider school support services, supporting learners in a mainstream secondary school setting focused on academic achievement and personal development.

About Kings Oak Academy: King’s Oak Academy is situated in the heart of the South Gloucestershire community and is within easy commuting distance of Bristol and Bath.
