We are seeking an exceptional Inclusion Officer to join our growing Inclusion and Wellbeing Team and help shape the lives of pupils across our secondary phase. This is far more than a pastoral support role. It is an opportunity to become a key part of a forward-thinking school community that places wellbeing, belonging and inclusion at the heart of learning.

You will work alongside a highly supportive team including our Wellbeing Officer, ALNCo/DSP, Key Stage Managers, Assistant Heads (Pastoral) and intervention specialists to ensure every learner can thrive — academically, socially and emotionally.

The role

  • Support pupils experiencing barriers to learning, attendance or wellbeing
  • Deliver targeted interventions and restorative support
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and families
  • Work collaboratively with staff and external agencies
  • Promote a calm, respectful and inclusive school culture
  • Help vulnerable pupils re-engage successfully with school life
  • Use data and professional judgement to identify needs and measure impact

This is a role for someone who combines compassion with resilience, and who believes in the power of relationships to transform outcomes for young people.
