About The Role
- Working in our baby room with children aged 0–2
- Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Acting as a key person and building strong, secure relationships
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Working in partnership with parents and carers
- Flexibility to work in other rooms when required, to support the wider nursery team
Requirements
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Experience Working With Babies (essential)
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- A caring, calm, and reliable approach
- Ability to work well as part of a small team
