We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our welcoming academy community.
You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning, fostering a positive classroom environment, and supporting pupils to engage confidently with their studies.
Through your work, you will help create the conditions for every student to flourish.
About You
- Level 2 (GCSE A-C) or equivalent in English and Maths
- Experience of working in an education setting
- Ability to manage classes effectively, using approaches which are appropriate to pupils’ needs in order to involve and motivate them; including a good understanding of SEN and G&T characteristics.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly outside normal hours if necessary
- Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role.
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
