- Experience in a high-performing, values-led academy culture
- A clear focus on classroom routines, behaviour, curriculum and pupil progress
- The opportunity to begin a long-term teaching career within Great Schools Trust
Not quite ready for teacher training? We know that some graduates and career changers may be passionate about teaching but not yet feel ready to move straight into formal teacher training. If that sounds like you, Great Schools Trust also offers Graduate Teacher Scholar roles at regular points throughout the academic year. These roles provide an excellent first year of school-based experience, support and development before progressing into teacher training in year two. This is a route that Great Schools Trust fully supports for candidates who want to build confidence, develop classroom experience and prepare carefully for a future career in teaching.
