Key Responsibilities- Lead the overall standards achieved within the faculty including curriculum development, student progress and achievement, and student behaviour and online classroom management by faculty staff.
- Cultivate leadership potential within the faculty, developing talent at all levels.
- Formulate and execute the department development plan, driving strategic improvement across all aspects of the faculty.
- Actively contribute to the online school’s development through collaboration with the education leadership team.
- Optimize resources, including staffing, to enhance educational efficiency and student experience.
- Ensure a broad, balanced, relevant, and differentiated curriculum for pupils in the subject area.
- Set clear targets for attainment and achievement and monitor student progress against these benchmarks.
- Lead quality assurance processes for teaching and learning.

- Implement and ensure adherence to school quality procedures.
