We’re looking for dynamic and motivated Freelance Personal Trainers to join our community and help transform lives through our innovative approach to fitness.

The Founding PT Opportunity

To support the launch and growth of the club, we are introducing our exclusive Founding PT Deal designed to help trainers grow their business while dramatically reducing overhead costs.

What You Get:

  • £0 floor fees when you achieve 25 active Kings Gym members, and run 2 classes per week
  • 2-month grace period with no rent pressure
  • Keep 100% of your PT session income

How It Works:

  • Months 1–2: Zero floor fees, zero admin fees, focus entirely on building your client base
  • Month 3+: Reach 25 new active members and run 2 classes per week = £0 rent. Trainers below target contribute through a shortfall structure based on member numbers

What We’re Looking For:

  • Be a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor, or have a background in Sports Science or similar
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
  • Have a minimum of 6 months’ experience preferred (although attitude and willingness to learn matter most)
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be able to motivate, inspire, and retain clients
  • Thrive in a team environment with an energetic and professional attitude
  • Have a strong work ethic and a can-do mindset
