This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team at King's Furlong Infant and Nursery School working as a Nursery Practitioner. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ in Childcare & Education Level 2 or 3 and be an enthusiastic, team player. The position requires good interpersonal skills and a strong desire to develop and support children in all areas of school life.
The role will be:
- To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children in the setting.
- To give support to their staff within the setting.
- To work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.
- To build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met.
Contract: Monday - Friday, term time only, permanent. Hours: 08.30am - 3.30pm (32.5hrs a week) Term time only. Visits to the school are warmly encouraged; please contact the school office for an appointment and/or further information about this exciting opportunity!
