King's Ford Infant School and Nursery in Colchester is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our Reception class.
You will support pupils with a kind, patient approach and assist with the delivery of inclusive teaching in a calm, safe environment.
The successful candidate will be empathetic, able to form positive relationships with children and colleagues, and supportive of trauma-informed practice and SEN strategies as directed by the class teacher and SENCo.
