We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our Reception class.
The successful candidate will
- have a high level of empathy and compassion;
- have the ability to form positive relationships with colleagues and children;
- feel confident in supporting good SEN practice in the classroom;
- remain calm in challenging situations and work closely as part of a team;
- have an understanding of trauma informed practice;
- liaise with and report to the class teacher and SENCo;
- support the schools' vision, ethos and values;
