The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.
We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Assistant for a fixed term whilst the SENCO is on maternity leave. The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher ensuring high quality, inclusive provision for pupils with SEND across Early Years and KS1, enabling early identification, targeted intervention, and strong partnership with families and external agencies.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and SEND in the early years/KS1.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and external agencies.
- Experience delivering targeted interventions.
- Knowledge of local authority SEND processes and EHCP pathways is desirable.
