Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager and Treatment Coordinator to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess valid GDC registration and have a strong background in dental nursing and practice management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the practice’s performance by setting objectives related to patient care, financial targets, and budget management.
- Lead and manage a team of dental support staff, including nurses and receptionists, while maintaining effective communication with clinicians.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage the practice\’s contractual relationships.
- Analyze financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to inform commercial decisions.
- Oversee the management of nursing staff, including scheduling and rotas.
- Confidently and efficiently scan patients using the iTero scanner as part of Invisalign and other treatment consultations (training can be provided)
- Discuss treatment options with patients, including Invisalign and finance plans, ensuring clear communication and patient understanding
Qualifications:
- Valid GDC registration (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dental nursing (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in practice management (required)
- Formal Dental Nurse qualification is essential; trainees will be considered.
