Do you want the opportunity to work for one of London’s most iconic and forward-thinking estates, where sustainability, performance and long-term stewardship sit at the heart of every decision?
King’s Cross is a globally recognised mixed-use estate, combining commercial, residential, retail and public-realm environments at scale. It is a living, operational campus that continues to evolve, with ambitious targets around energy efficiency, decarbonisation and asset performance. The Technical Project Manager will play a key role in supporting this journey, delivering technically robust projects across the estate.
Working within a live, occupied environment, you will manage a varied portfolio of M&E, energy-efficiency and decarbonisation projects from concept through to completion. You will provide hands-on technical input, manage consultants and contractors, and ensure all works meet the estate’s technical standards and long-term operational requirements.
The role works closely with the Head of Energy and wider estate teams, translating energy strategy and Net Zero ambitions into practical, deliverable projects.
