Kings Court Trust are looking for an established Probate Professional to join our technical team. You won\’t be working with strict fee-earning targets, and you\’ll be able to enjoy a work life balance. As a Probate Lawyer you will be:

• Owning a small, but complex case load of around 10 cases
• Coaching, mentoring and developing our Case Managers
• Supporting the team with technical referrals and questions
• Delivering training and guidance

Qualifications are desirable but not essential. We are looking for individuals with a solid probate administration or technical background, but you may have some of the following experience:

• Extensive probate administration
• Managing escalations and technical questions
• Maintaining CPD for relevant legislation changes
• Developing and guiding team members
