Kings Court Trust are looking for an experienced Probate Lead Case Manager to join and support us in an exciting period of growth. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, meaning you won’t be working in a time recording fee earning way, but ensuring you deliver our award-winning estate administration service to our clients. What you’ll be doing
As our probate lead you will be:
- Owning a complex case load of approximately 40 files.
- Due to the nature of the business partners we work with, the caseload you will be responsible for will be very varied and develop the knowledge of even the most experienced case managers.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing our team of case managers.
- Working closely with our Legal Services Director on unique and complex matters.
The ideal candidate
Qualifications are desirable but not essential; we are looking for individuals with a solid probate administration or technical background. You must have some of the following experience:
- Extensive end-to-end probate administration.
- Managing escalations and technical questions.
- Several years in a customer service or private client-focused environment.
