The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 € per hour.

The book room and resource centre require assistance over the summer break and at the beginning of the autumn term to ensure that the term begins smoothly with staff and pupils having the correct materials available for them.

There are two fixed-term contracts available:

  • Contract 1 Book Room - Monday 27th July - Friday 21st August 2026 (four weeks)

Assisting learning resources supervisor with:

  • Compiling school packs – sorting, organising, packing and distributing exercise books and folders into packs for pupils
  • Manual work – able and willing to transport large quantities of books and stationery around the school site
  • Processing textbooks – labelling, stamping, keeping records
  • Contract 2 Book Room - Monday 27th July - Friday 21st August 2026 (four weeks)

  • Photocopying and laminating
  • Helping with display boards
  • Manual work – able and willing to transport paper and printing around the school site
  • Assisting staff with printing needs

The ideal candidates will:

  • Be co-operative and approachable individuals who work effectively both as part of a team and independently
  • Be able to use their initiative and take responsibility for tasks with minimal supervision
  • Be organised and capable of working efficiently to deadlines
  • Be flexible and willing to undertake a wide range of duties as required

Interviews will take place week commencing 1st June 2026. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974.
