We are looking for an outstanding teacher, a passionate educator, and a visionary leader to assume a key leadership position within the senior team at King’s College School, Wimbledon as assistant head (head of middle school) from September 2025 or January 2026.
The assistant head (head of middle school) plays the leading role in ensuring an excellent overall experience for all pupils in the middle school of over 460 pupils, working closely with the deputy heads, heads of house, and academic staff. The head of middle school leads and manages the middle school team to ensure its smooth running, promotes the wellbeing of all pupils in this section of the school, embeds and promotes the school’s values, and upholds the highest standards of pupil conduct and engagement. They are actively involved as part of SMT in formulating and delivering whole school strategy. They also make an important contribution to the successful recruitment, welcome, and induction of new pupils via the 13+ entry process.
