Overview
In this role, you will lead planning, delivery and optimisation of email communications across the student recruitment journey. You’ll run data-driven email campaigns to support applicants from enquiry to enrolment and drive engagement and conversion. You will guide email officers, use insights to improve performance, and scale automated journeys for personalised content. You join a cross-functional team focused on creating impactful communications that support recruitment targets.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage email marketing activity across recruitment cycles
- Lead audience segmentation, automated journeys, and campaign delivery
- Test, measure and optimise engagement and conversion through performance data
- Provide guidance to email officers and collaborate with Recruitment, Admissions, Faculties and Digital teams
- Ensure compliance with data protection, consent management and governance requirements
- Support scalability and efficiency through automation to reach large prospective student audiences
Key requirements
- Degree or substantial relevant experience in email marketing and campaign management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, produce reports and monitor progress
- Effective project management across multiple projects
- Ability to create engaging, visually appealing email content
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of data protection requirements for email marketing
