The Transformation Office supports the senior leadership of the university and leads some of the most ambitious, high impact programmes at King's. As Deputy Transformation Programme Director, you will take on a critical leadership role, overseeing major university wide transformation initiatives and ensuring they deliver meaningful, measurable benefits.

The Deputy Transformation Programme Director has responsibility for leading organisation wide transformation programmes, to deliver on the aims of Strategy 2030. The role reports into the Programme Director and will be initially deployed onto the Campus Futures Programme, helping to steer one of King's most significant estates and organisational change programmes.

You will oversee the planning and delivery of large and complex programmes and projects to deliver change, defining and working within set budgets, timescales and quality. You will build strong relationships across a wide stakeholder community in a matrix environment, engaging with senior stakeholders and other academic and professional services colleagues across directorates and faculties and with external partners.

The transformation portfolio includes a wide range of programmes and projects and you will be required to lead a team of specialist project staff. You will oversee all stages of project lifecycles, as well as leading broader strategic developments, benefits realisation and change management approaches.

You will also play an active role in the Transformation Office leadership team, contributing to strategic direction and organisational development.

This is a full time (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract. The role is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be on campus at least three days a week and working remotely two days a week.
