King\'s College London, a dynamic and ambitious institution with nearly 200 years of excellence, is seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Transformation to support our institution-wide change agenda. As one of the UK\'s top universities with 10,000 staff, 40,000+ students, and a £1.3 billion turnover, we\'re at a pivotal moment in our history.
Following the launch of King\'s 2030 Strategy, we need a visionary leader to head our high-performing Transformation Office and drive large-scale change across our complex University. Reporting to the SVP Operations and COO, you will work directly with senior leadership to orchestrate transformation spanning academic, professional services, and operational functions, ensuring our change efforts are coherent, sustainable, and strategically aligned.
We are seeking a seasoned transformation leader with proven experience delivering complex, large-scale programmes in ambitious organisations. You should be an outstanding communicator who will embrace the challenge of supporting one of the world’s best universities and a strategic thinker capable of translating vision into actionable plans. You will inspire confidence across academic and professional services teams while building consensus among complex stakeholders. Experience managing multi-million-pound portfolios within the highest standard of financial stewardship is essential.
