King's College London is seeking an experienced EDI Manager to cover maternity leave. You will lead on EDI initiatives, collaborate with senior leadership and departments, and promote a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace culture across the College.
This full-time fixed-term role is for about 12 months (start mid-late November 2026). You will lead a small team, drive the Race Equality Action Plan and other EDI projects, and embed EDI across the College.
