KCLSU is looking for students to work as Student Community Organisers, within our dynamic Community Engagement team.
As the Student Community Organiser, it is your role to bridge the Student Voices and the Events & Volunteering teams to support a range of campaigns and community organising initiatives.
This role offers hands-on experience in grassroots organising and campaign delivery, as you will contribute directly to our aim of building collective student power for social and educational change.
Key responsibilities will be
- Coordinating and delivering campaign activities aligned with the Union Agenda, for example by facilitating events and workshops or running listening stalls across campus.
- Supporting the advocacy work of our Student Officers & community leaders, leading to meaningful, impactful campaigns.
- Aiding and co-facilitating KCLSU Community Events (e. g.
Liberation History Months, the ‘Reach’ Project series which aims to engage underrepresented student communities at King’s).
- Operational support of flagship events e. g. Welcome Fair, KCLSU Awards and Varsity.

- Not be a trustee of King’s College London Students’ Union - Trustees should not apply for a role whilst in their term of office, or should their application be accepted or progressed to the interview stage.
- Ex-Trustees can apply for student staff (non-administrative) roles, as soon as they finish their tenure.
