As a Shift Leader at the Vault, you will
- Lead day-to-day operation of the Vault during your shift, ensuring the bar runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by maintaining high standards of food, drink and service, creating a welcoming, inclusive and enjoyable environment for all customers.
- Support, coach and coordinate Student Staff, helping them develop their skills and ensuring the team performs confidently and effectively throughout each shift.
- Take responsibility for operational standards, licensing compliance, cash handling and health and safety, particularly during busy student events and late-night operations.
