The Union Shop team at KCLSU are looking for a Shift Leader to take charge of daily shop operation, acting as the manager on duty in our dynamic, bustling retail space. As part of this, you will:
- Assist in supporting high team morale and our positive work environment
- Support our delivery of a strong sales performance
- Provide excellent customer service, which is prompt, helpful and friendly
- Contribute to efficient day-to-day functioning, throughout the store

To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be an enrolled or incoming King's College London student
- Be eligible to work in the UK, and provide proof of this (i.e. a passport / visa) when asked by KCLSU. Please note that KCLSU is unable to offer visa sponsorship
- Have a National Insurance number, or be in the process of applying for one
- Not be a trustee of King's College London Students' Union
- Be available to work during The Union Shop operating hours, 10am to 6pm from Monday to Friday (with increased hours over graduation periods).
