As the Cafe Supervisor at Denmark Hill, you lead the daily operations of this brand-new café, and you will:
- Oversee smooth service delivery, exceptional customer experiences, and compliance with operational standards.
- Lead by hands-on example during service, and maintain strong product knowledge.
- Build Denmark Hill Café’s welcoming atmosphere, service quality, and brand identity.
In addition to operational leadership, you will work closely with the Associate Director of Commercial Operations, contributing to the development, improvement, and delivery of services and activities at Denmark Hill café. This includes supporting strategic initiatives, sharing ideas to enhance service and customer engagement, assisting with the planning and coordination of promotions or events, and helping implement commercial strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.
This Cafe Supervisor role is a really exciting new opportunity for a self-starter, who appreciates a good level of autonomy and trust being put on them day-to-day.
