King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Patient Pathway Co-ordinator for the Paediatrics Neonates service. The role supports the multidisciplinary team, coordinating patient pathways, appointments and communications within an 18-week RTT framework.
You will monitor and update the Patient Tracking List, liaise with clinicians, manage emails and calls, and ensure timely pathways in line with policies. NHS Band 4; 30 hours per week; Camberwell site.
