Responsibilities:
- Act as a courteous, professional, and welcoming point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring reception services are consistently maintained and adequately staffed.
- Proactively monitor patient flow and waiting times, escalating any concerns in a timely manner to support service efficiency and enhance the patient experience.
- Respond to informal queries and concerns with sensitivity and professionalism, seeking appropriate resolution where possible.
- Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
