Responsibilities:
- Act as a leader within a multidisciplinary team for Echo patients, liaising with principal physiologists, clinical lead of echo/consultants, admissions teams, procurement, heart failure team, and junior members of staff to ensure a high standard of care for patients.
- Provide cross cover and support to the lead physiologist for Echo in the day-to-day running of the Echo service.
- Independently practice echocardiography at a high level of skill and autonomy.
- Possess relevant skills for advanced echocardiographic imaging, with a strong foundation in good scientific practice.
