We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust at a pivotal time for cancer care. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the transformation and continuous improvement of cancer services, supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care aligned with the national cancer strategy.

Main duties of the job

  • As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive strategic transformation across cancer pathways, leading programmes that enhance clinical outcomes, operational performance, and patient experience.
  • You will work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and system partners to redesign services, embed innovation, and deliver sustainable improvements across the cancer portfolio.
  • This role offers a unique opportunity to influence service development at scale, ensuring that King’s remains at the forefront of cancer care through the adoption of best practice, digital innovation, and evidence-based redesign.
  • Lead the development and delivery of strategic transformation programmes across cancer services.

  • Provide strong programme leadership, governance, and assurance across complex transformation initiatives.

Qualifications, Education and Development

  • Postgraduate Degree or equivalent level.
  • Further evidence of management/leadership training and continuous professional development.
  • GMC registration.
