Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative, such as handling prescriptions, processing invoices and resolving invoice queries.
The post holder will maintain accurate databases, support EPIC prescribing system queries, monitor operational processes, and assist with complaints, incidents and service development.
They will contribute to KPI reporting, service review meetings, audits, and internal team activities.
The role also involves liaising with clinical teams, homecare providers, finance departments and patients, ensuring governance standards are met and supporting training of other staff.
Post holder should contain technical administrative skills, strong problem-solving initiative and IT skills to ensure that high standards of governance are maintained and translated into a quality service for patients and hospital staff which safeguards patients whilst offering choice and making the best use of NHS resources.,
