Responsibilities
- Clinic Flow Management
- Follow up appointment booking
- Partial Booking
- Communicating appointment details to patient
- Coordinating Patient Care
- Manage clinical staff inboxes and flag high-priority correspondence
- Manage virtual clinics, where applicable
- Monitor InBasket function for internal correspondence
- Monitor relevant work queues relating to the service
- Coordinate clinic template amendment/cancellation forms
- Book patients in line with clinical diaries per local processes
- Attend meetings when required
- Input and access information on Epic as required
- Use Epic accurately; inputting data and editing entries as required
- Ensure timely input of data onto management systems (Medicus, PICANet and Metavision)
- Maintain PICANet dashboard and keep up to date
- Ensure patient demographics are correct by checking with patient at every encounter; highlight duplicates and escalate
- Support patients to register on MyChart and direct to Helpdesk for issues
- Support data quality workstreams and work-queues where appropriate
