The Bank business coordinator will be instrumental in providing professional, proactive and flexible support to the Chief Nurse and Executive Director of Midwifery and the Nursing Directorate as well as the Chief Medical Officer and CMO Office, offering a range of effective administrative, budgetary and business support services. They will work with minimal supervision on specific projects and work streams to contribute to the delivery of the Trust's objectives.
The Bank business coordinator will be a key member of the Corporate Team, with considerable freedom to act autonomously to ultimately free the director to focus on their own roles. To achieve this, the post holder will apply excellent judgement, discretion and initiative, combined with excellent organisational, prioritisation and analytical skills.
The Bank business coordinator will also offer effective day-to-day management of the CN office and CMO office, which will involve complex in-box and diary management, secretariat and other administration support as required.
