The Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Supervisor will provide day-to-day supervision of M&E maintenance activities across the estate, ensuring
maintenance works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The post holder will spend the majority of their time on site monitoring works, inspecting installations, coordinating contractors, responding to faults and supporting the effective operation of building services.
Working closely with the Clerk of Works and Compliance Coordinator the role will ensure activities are completed in accordance with statutory requirements, College procedures and recognised industry standards.
