What You'll Do in This Role:

  • Ensure our guests want to revisit us and recommend us to their friends and family by providing a warm, friendly and genuine welcome or farewell.
  • Engage guests in appropriate conversation and discuss our guest experience survey.
  • Be responsible for cleaning and presenting our bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to the Innkeepers Lodge brand standard.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety by following set up and close down procedures at all times.
